Under the European Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), new obligations have been imposed on entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n<p>Entrepreneurs, regardless of the industry, were forced to get involved in building their own personal data protection system, adequate to the profile of their business. Penalties for failure to fulfill obligations can reach up to EUR 20 million or 4% of the annual global turnover of a given entrepreneur.<\/p>\n<p>The GDPR requires entrepreneurs, within the limits set by law, to determine the nature of their personal data and the risks associated with their processing, and to implement appropriate safeguards.<\/p>\n<p>The Law Firm provides legal assistance in the following areas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>preparing and conducting an audit,<\/li>\n<li>assessment of risks related to the issue of personal data protection at the customer,<\/li>\n<li>preparation and implementation of procedures and appropriate documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We also conduct individual and group training courses on the protection of personal data.
