He defended his master degree thesis relating to property protection of personal rights at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. He was also a student of the University of Wroc\u0142aw. He is a member of the supervisory board of a municipal company building social housing.<\/p>\n<p>He gained professional experience by cooperating with one of the leading Polish technical universities and participating in the preparation of tender procedures, as well as their subsequent implementation in the field of both construction investments and new technologies. Serving public finance sector units, he had also worked education law at borough and county level, as well as on the Law on Higher Education. Szymon Gulczy\u0144ski successfully conducted cases involving violations of public finance discipline. As part of his practice, he also provides services for associations and cooperatives.<\/p>\n<p>Attorney-at-law Szymon Gulczy\u0144ski as a part of his practice focuses on Administrative Law, including
