Attorney Maciej Kaczmarek is a member of the Warsaw Bar Association. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. Moreover, he received a scholarship from the European Union to study law at the University of Zurich in Switzerland.

Maciej Kaczmarek specialises in Commercial Companies Law, Contract Law and Tax Optimisation. He has repeatedly conducted and supervised due diligence legal analysis of the companies in relation to planned mergers and acquisitions. He gained his experience working in the biggest law firms in Warsaw.

On a daily basis, Maciej Kaczmarek provides services to business entities from Contraction, Logistics, and Agri-food sectors. Maciej Kaczmarek represents clients before courts of general jurisdiction, tax and other administrative offices.
