Mateusz Witkowski is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. He successfully defended his Master’s thesis related to Consequential faultless inability to perform, combining the subject institution of civil law with the problem of suspending football league games during epidemiological restrictions.

Right from the beginning of his studies, Mateusz has been gaining his professional experience by working in Poznan-Warsaw Law Firm of legal and restructuring advisors. He dealt with the day-to-day service of bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings against companies and natural persons there. He also practices in law at the Student University Legal Clinic operating at the University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznań.

He is interested in Civil law, particularly in Law of Obligations, as well as Sports law, in particular in the field of Legal Regulation of electronic sports, as well as Bankruptcy and Restructuring Law.

He is fluent in English language, and has basic knowledge of German language.
